Super 8 By Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

Very small staff, very professional and very nice. And they will work with you given certain situations. Location is excellent lots of things to do and places to eat around some within walking distance. Indoor pool is always a nice touch. Laundry room is coming soon so that is something that will definitely add to the place. You can tell they are working on upgrading and cleaning up the hotel. They have smart flat screen TVs in the rooms. The accessibility room has a wheelchair accessible all tile bathroom which was a godsend. Like almost every other hotel in the area, bugs exist. They're diligently working on exterminating them. A quick heads up to the front desk and within minutes she had someone going to the room check and take care of the issue. All in all it's not a bad stay.

The business owner needs to update the listing!! This is now a Quality In. Full renovation was done!! Everything is extremely clean and updated. The staff is beyond friendly. This is my go-to when visiting the Chat.

I had a great night here. A King bed room. The staff was very nice and friendly. We joked around like we knew each other. The room was clean. Clean bed and bathroom. I didn’t get up in time for breakfast so I can’t tell you about that. Mini fridge and microwave worked. Television was alright. Not too many channels but was enough for the night. Plenty of clean towels and face rags . Plenty of hot water. No bedbugs saw maybe two roaches. If I ever need to stay in a hotel and come back to Chattanooga. I’d stay here. Rm 213

The room we stayed in was perfect for us. Everything was clean when we walked into the room. AC works great. The king size bed is comfortable. The staff are wonderful. Which makes the stay even better. There is a good breakfast area. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and all the tourist attractions.

The manager was very accommodating to me and my husband. My husband was worried about the security in the parking area especially since the first room we were given was facing out the back of the building. The manager solved the problem by getting us a room facing the parking lot which made my husband very happy. I was very pleased with how quickly he changed our room (it took him less than 10 mins). He also said that in the over 3 years he has been at this Super 8 there has not been any instances of theft or problems in their parking lot. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to others and I will definitely stay here again. The price is reasonable and it is very quiet tonight. This is going to be my new favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. The front desk lady was also very personable, helpful, and had a very pleasant way of dealing with customers. I was very pleased all the way around!

Although the staff is incredibly helpful and kind, I would want to point out that you do get what you pay for and this isn't a five-star hotel. Nevertheless, manager made sure that our room switch went smoothly. There's no doubt that I'll return in the future. I found that the room was a decent size and in favorable condition for the price. Had better than average amenities as well, had in room microwave and refrigerator that both were working and clean. They had a make your own waffle station, awesome, part of free breakfast. Best part of my stay was the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping all employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at this Super 8 so much I am staying a second week! The place exceptionally clean and I feel really safe when I walk down the hall! My bed so comfy I want to take it when I leave! The breakfast is great also especially the fresh homemade waffles. Thank You again Super 8 For my home away from home!
